Basketball every Friday at Knox-Johnston Sports Centre, Berkhamsted.
Anyone is welcome to come and play - 7.30 till 9.00pm
Pay at front entrance ....all games and shooting ....... £5 each

Welcome to Gregory Harvey PT, I'm Greg and my aims are simple. Working from the Fitness Room in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, I have a fantastic, well equipped set up at my disposal, just click to see the facilities.

All clients will receive a personal fitness assessment, from which a tailored program will be created, taking in your aims and targets.

Whilst training alone will help you toward your goal, it's also important that you consider your nutrition. Training combined with a healthy, balanced diet will provide you with the correct fuel to reach your target. At Gregory Harvey PT we can assist you so you train well, eat well and achieve well.
